BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex offender, Richard Robert Castro, who removed his GPS tracking ankle monitor and his whereabouts are unknown.
Castro is a Hispanic male, 79 years old, 5’07” tall, 190 pounds, having black hair, and brown eyes.
