Bakersfield, Calif. - Kern County has about 2,300 children in its foster care system. Many of them are brothers and sisters who used to share the same home. But today, because of families that have broken apart, they now find themselves separated from each other in different foster homes.
This story features the siblings in one family separated into five homes and explains how the Kern Partnership for Children and Families organizes events to help rebuild these broken bonds
