REMINDER: "Spring forward" for Daylight Saving Time

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - It's time to "spring forward" with Daylight Saving Time.

It starts at 2 a.m. so before bed you should turn your clocks ahead one hour.

We might lose an hour of sleep this weekend, but Daylight Saving Time signals we are closer to spring and summer.
