BAKERSFIELD - Bakersfield residents had another chance to sound off about the High Speed Rail Project. The Downtown Business Association hosted a workshop that allowed people to meet with architects and other rail officials.
Everything from routes to station locations was discussed. Officials say when they meet with the community; they get more input about the project and can address concerns. They also say, while the meetings allow them to connect with residents, there may never be a solution that pleases everyone.
Another meeting is planned for Next Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The location though has not yet been decided.
