Robert Phillips, convicted sex offender, failed to report to parole officer

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking the public’s help in locating Robert Phillips.
Phillips is a registered sex offender and parolee at large. He was released from the Lerdo Detention Facility on October 4th, 2012 and failed to report to his parole officer.
Phillips has numerous tattoos on his upper body and neck. If anyone has information on his whereabouts, they are asked to call the Bakersfield parole office at 661-634-9620, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office at 661-861-3110 or Secret Witness at 661-322-4040.
