Search continues for missing man in Kernville

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The search continues for missing Kernville man today.
On Dec. 1, at about 7 a.m., 70 volunteer members of the Kern County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue Teams met and continued the search for John Fowler of Kernville.
The search is being conducted in the Kernville area.
Searchers are combing the area where Fowler was last seen, using mounted teams, boat teams, K-9 teams and ground searchers in an effort to locate Fowler who has been missing since April 20.
The search will continue throughout the day.
The Command Post is located at the intersection of Buena Vista Drive and Sierra Drive in Kernville.
