BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Four more local kids have a chance to be a Spelling Bee champion.
Kimberly Marquez won the second round of the district spelling bee.
She will join the other first place winner, Alexander Meyer, and six other at the county spelling bee in March.
She said she was really nervous, but her hard work paid off in the end.
The winner of the county spelling bee will then be entered in the national spelling bee.
