BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex offender, William Lark Cooper.
It is reported that Cooper has removed his GPS tracking ankle monitor and his whereabouts are unknown.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 661-327-7111.
