She says St. Patrick's Day is one of the busiest days of the year.

Blackwood says it's crazy but it's about asking the right questions at the right time that can help avoid someone from drinking and driving.
BPD says in 2016 they had 15 DUI arrests during St. Patrick's Day weekend.
A number that more than doubles their total arrests, seven, from 2015 over the same three days.
