DELANO, Calif. - On Friday, June 6, at 9:45 a.m., the Delano Police Department responded to shots fired near the intersection of Garces Highway and Albany Street.
When officers arrived, they found 29-year-old Richard Agbalog suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Suspects are described as Hispanic males who were in a small size white pick-up truck with a black or blue striped line along the sides.
