Stabbing victim discovered at East Bakersfield gas station

Taken to local hospital with moderate injuries

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A man was found with stab wounds late Wednesday night at a Bakersfield gas station.

The stabbing happened at about 11:50 p.m. on Thelma Drive, according to the Bakersfield Police Department. The victim -- only identified as a Hispanic male in his 30's -- was found a short time later at the ARCO station at 3333 Union Avenue.

He was taken to a local hospital with minor-to-moderate injuries.

The victim told officers he was stabbed by three other Hispanic men in their 20's. There's no word yet on the identity of the suspects or any arrests.
