BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The man accused of trying to run over a park ranger was in court Tuesday afternoon. 27 year-old William Volschow pleaded not guilty to three felony counts including two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
Volschow and 62-year-old Martha Martin were arrested over the weekend after being shot by park rangers in Camp Okihi when sheriff's said they tried to run over a park ranger.
Martin is also facing similar charges but she was not in court. Her public defender said Martin was at Kern Medical Center. The judge moved her arraignment to Wednesday.
