BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -  

A suspect is in custody as of Friday night for a Christmas Eve robbery in Lamont.

On Jan. 11, at about 6:30 p.m., deputies went to Winter Lane in Lamont, to find a suspect in a home invasion robbery that occurred on Christmas Eve.

Deputies found Ivan Alfaro, 24, and were able to take him into custody without incident.

Alfaro was arrested on two felony warrants including a warrant for robbery and robbery committed inside an inhabited dwelling. Alfaro is also being charged with the additional counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
