BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Bakersfield Police Department received a call from an anonymous person, directing Officers to an apartment complex parking lot in the 1400 block of Oregon Street at about 8:36 p.m. Tuesday.

Martinez was arrested and booked into the Kern County Jail on suspicion of felony hit and run, vehicular manslaughter and unlicensed driver.
