Suspect wanted for touching child at Pin Oak Park in Bakersfield

Suspect told child he was 15-years-old

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A suspect is wanted for reportedly annoying a child in southwest Bakersfield yesterday.

On July 18, at about 2:30 p.m., officials with the Bakersfield Police Department said a suspect allegedly approached the victim at Pin Oak Park and asked the victim her age.

According to the police report, the suspect claimed to be 15-years-old and asked the victim to go with him to the bathroom. The suspect then allegedly touched the victim inappropriately, causing the victim to scream.

Police officials said the suspect fled eastbound on Mill Oak Run in a full sized, gray four door pick-up truck with tinted windows.

The suspect was described as a white man with a medium build.  He is said to have black hair and a black goatee.  He was last seen wearing a black and white Chicago Bulls hat, hollow purple gauge ear piercings, gray tank top and blue shorts with a white vertical stripe.
