BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in locating a high risk sex offender who is avoiding parole contact by removing his GPS monitor.
Anthony Rocha was last registered on Nov. 27, 2012, and is currently being supervised by parole for being an ex-felon in possession of ammunition and child molestation.
Rocha is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He is also said to be 5-foot-4 and weighs about 155 pounds.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call the BPD at 327-7111.
