BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A suspected DUI driver is facing serious charges this morning.
BPD said a retired sheriff's deputy noticed the woman, who's identity hasn't been released, driving erratically and called 911.
Police were waiting at the intersection of Truxton and Oak when she slammed into a street light.
