OILDALE, Calif. - Kern County Sheriff's deputies are searching for the suspects who turned an Oildale business into a soggy mess.

Deputies said the thieves took copper water pipes yesterday morning from the Havana House on Airport Drive.

They were being used for a water filtration system causing the business to be flooded.

The water supply had to be shut off and an adjacent business had to close for the day because of the lack of water.

The owner said it's the second time in two weeks thieves have stolen copper pipes from the property.
