TAFT, Calif. - The Taft mother accused of putting her toddler in danger, which led to her death, is scheduled to learn her fate in court on Wednesday.

Angela Hanna was charged with second degree murder in the death of her daughter,Trinity, who the coroner said died from blunt force trauma.

In May, she took a plea deal, dropping the second degree murder charges to four felony counts of willful cruelty to a child.

Investigators said Hanna's boyfriend, Eric Foster, had admitted to physically abusing the little girl and Hanna failed to report.

As part of the plea, Hanna will have to testify against Foster at trial.

Hanna is set to be sentenced in January.
