TAFT, Calif. - A Taft woman was arrested Sunday after she was caught with meth and heroin in her bra.
On August 18, at about 7 p.m., deputies with the Kern County Sheriff's Office made a traffic enforcement stop on a car with expired registration, officials said.
Deputies said the driver, identified as 48-year-old Charlotte Ridenour, was also driving on a suspended license.
Ridenour was then arrested.
Officials said Ridenour was searched by a female deputy. The deputy reportedly found two meth pipes, two plastic bags containing what was believed to be meth, and a third bad containing suspected heroin.
Ridenour was booked on charges of possession for sale of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, transportation of a controlled substance, expired registration and driving on a suspended license.
