Police: Drunken driver kills teen

A teen was killed and 5 others were injured in a early-morning crash that shutdown Coffee Road.
At about 3:45 a.m., a 2008 Scion XB was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of Coffee Road north of Stockdale Highway, when it struck a 2007 Toyota Corolla travelling northbound on Coffee Road.
The driver of the Toyota Corolla, Breana Webb, 18, was killed.
The four passengers in Webb’s car suffered minor to moderate injuries and were taken to local hospitals.
The driver, and sole occupant of the Scion XB, Martin Juarez, 33, was taken to a local hospital for his injuries.
It was determined alcohol was a factor in the collision. Juarez was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and additional charges are pending the outcome of the investigation.
