The Bakersfield Police Department is holding an "auto club" gifting event this morning from 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. in the parking lot of Target, 11000 Stockdale Highway. The event will be held simultaneous to their "Coffee with a Cop" at the McDonalds in the same parking lot.
