FRESNO, Calif. - The final of three Fresno State fraternity members charged in the death of a Garces High School grad made his first court appearance.
Aaron Raymo appeared in a Fresno County courtroom this morning, clearing the warrant for his arrest.
He, along with Theta Chi Chapter President Daniel Baker and Leonard Serrato, all face misdemeanor criminal hazing charges.
Investigators said the fraternity members brought alcohol for 18-year-old Philip Dhanens, who passed out and died at a party back in Sept.
They're facing six month to a year in jail.
The family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the fraternity and several of its members.
