BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A time capsule was buried under the Founders' Tree and marked with a plaque and instructions to be opened in the year 2062 on Friday.
For about a month, organizers at Hillcrest Memorial Park gathered trinkets from everyone to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
