Toy run for Tehachapi's less fortunate

TEHACHAPI, Calif. -
The City of Tehachapi will have a local toy run to help local families that are less fortunate.
The Tehachapi Moose Lodge and the Sentinels Motorcycle Club are proud to present the Tehachapi Valley Toy Run on Saturday, Dec. 1.
The start will be at the Tehachapi Moose Lodge at 123 West F Street in downtown at 10 a.m. Sign-up will open at 8 a.m. The cost is one unwrapped toy of at least a $10 value. Poker hands will be $10 each plus $5 for each extra hand. High hand takes all.
This will be a Tehachapi Valley run and you can run anything, including motorcycles, cars, scooters, bicycles, and horses.
All toys collected will stay in Tehachapi to help the locals that are less fortunate.
In addition to the Poker Run there will be raffles and drawings. Food will be served at the third stop.
There will be a Hot Dog Bar and music at the Moose Lodge.
All of this is designed to go along with the Annual Tehachapi Christmas Parade at 5:30 PM on December 1 st. =
