BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Traffic will be reduced down to one lane in each direction during construction on Harris Road between Ashe Road and Summer Springs Drive beginning on Monday, Oct. 8, due to a city project.
In addition, access to side streets and driveways will be closed only for the period of time that reconstruction is occurring at that intersection.
Detours and alternate access points will be provided during these closure periods. This will results in traffic delays, so drivers are urged to use alternate routes.
The estimated date of completion of this project is Nov. 28.
