Two Bakersfield home searches led to man's arrest
Deputies found meth, cash, firearms

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -
Searches at two Bakersfield locations lead to the discovery of meth, guns, and money, deputies said.
On April 22, deputies with the Kern Narcotics Enforcement Team received information regarding possible drug trafficking, involving two residences in Bakersfield.
The first home was on Lincoln Street and the second was on Bradshaw Street.
Deputies went to the homes and conducted investigations which resulted in searches of the places.
In conducting the searches deputies found about a quarter of a pound of meth, items indicative of narcotics sales, about $5,000 in cash and two firearms.
41-year-old Bakersfield resident Victoriano Pardo was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sales, and maintaining a drug house. Pardo was booked into the Sheriff’s Central Receiving Facility.
