Officials arrested two men after they over 300 marijuana plants were found in their home

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -  

Two Bakersfield men were arrested after officials found over 300 marijuana plants in their home.

On Jan. 22, at about 4 p.m., deputies conducted a house search on Navajo Avenue. 

During the search deputies found the plants being illegally grown inside the house.  Deputies also found several pounds of processed marijuana.

As a result of the search and investigation two men were arrested and booked into the Kern County Sheriff’s Office Central Receiving Facility Jail.

The 46-year-old Daniel McGrath was booked for Cultivation of Marijuana for Sales and Possession of greater than an ounce of Marijuana. 

Jacob Wiseman, 19, was also booked for Cultivation of Marijuana for Sales.

This search was conducted by the Kern Narcotics Enforcement Team with assistance from the California Multi-Jurisdictional Methamphetamine Enforcement Team
