Two brothers arrested after stealing alcohol from a local Food Maxx, officials said
Stolen alcohol was recovered by loss prevention

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Kern County Sheriff's deputies said they reported to the Food Maxx on Niles around 9 p.m. Friday night after a robbery.
The two suspects, identified as 29-year-old Victor James Lujan and his brother 27-year-old James Robert Lujan stole alcohol. However, loss prevention officers were able tor recover the stolen alcohol reports showed.
The brothers left in a tan colored Toyota Camry, and deputies said they were given the license plate number and information by loss prevention.
The sheriff's helicopter responded to the registered owners address on Eucalyptus Drive, deputies said.
Officials reported that the deputies inside the helicopter found the vehicle driving in the area and saw the brothers enter a nearby trailer.
When deputies arrived they said they found the brothers and both were arrested and booked into the Kern County Jail on charges of robbery and conspiracy.
