Two people arrested in Maricopa after 60 marijuana plants were found

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Two people were arrested after a search warrant was served in Maricopa.
On August 23, at about 8:45 a.m., deputies with the Kern County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant at a home located at 405 California, St., Maricopa.
During the search deputies said they found one and a half ounces of suspected meth, sixty marijuana plants, and drug paraphernalia.
Deputies arrested 40-year-old Joey Kiwook Song and 25-year-old Nancy Adriane Cross who lived at the home. Both were booked at the Central Receiving Facility.
They were charged with possessing methamphetamine for sale, possessing marijuana for sale, and possessing drug paraphernalia.
