BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Kern County Detention Officer's Association is sponsoring the 3rd Annual Camp Hamilton Veterans Day BBQ on Monday, Nov. 12.
KCDOA is honored to recognize local veterans on this day by preparing and serving a meal to men and women who have served our country.
The day's event will begin at 2:00 p.m. with a dedication ceremony. Meals will be served beginning at 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Camp Hamilton is located on Lerdo Hwy about one mile west of Hwy 65. The access road to the camp will be marked with a large red and yellow Camp Hamilton sign.
