BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A vigil will be held today for a 15-year-old boy that collapsed and died during gym class on Thursday.
Centennial High School student Caleb Hannik died at 8 p.m. Thursday, according to Kern County Coroner's Office.
The school called an ambulance immediately and arrived within five-minutes, but the boy died after he was taken to Bakersfield Heart Hospital, according to officials.
The vigil was at The Park at Riverwalk Sunday.
