Wells Fargo gave $52K in grants to non-profits in Kern, Tulare counties

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Wells Fargo contributed $52,000 to non-profit organizations in Kern and Tulare Counties on Thursday.
Wells Fargo hosted a special grant giving presentation on Thursday at the Four Points Sheraton on California Ave.
Every Wells Fargo bank in Bakersfield, Delano, Hanford, Porterville, Lake Isabella, Lemoore and Visalia selected one nonprofit to receive $1,000 each.
Bank employees chose the recipients based on the non-profits work in their local communities and then hosted the recipient during the ceremony.
The 52 non-profits included those dealing with education, health, the arts and community services.
