Winter sports enthusiast showed off their skills in Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The parking lot in front of Action Sports was changed into a winter sporting event on Saturday.
Snow was trucked in from the Bakersfield Ice Sports Center.
Skiers and Snowboarders showed off their skills on the 20-foot high ramp and benefited the Golden Empire Gleaners at the same time.
There was also a BMX event featuring high flying stunts and tricks.
Organizers said this was great way to kick-off the winter sports season and help those in need.
