BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Officers with the Bakersfield Police Department are trying to determine how a woman ended up dead in a car at a park.
At about 7 a.m. Wednesday, BPD officers said two women found 62-year-old woman's body in a parked car at Jastro Park.
Jastro Park is located along Truxtun Avenue between Myrtle and Elm streets.
Sgt. Mary DeGeare said that there were no obvious signs of trauma to the body and there is no word what caused the woman's death.
