Police: 3 More Locations Found With Human Remains

Detectives are releasing more information as to the discovery of more human remains behind a man's home.Detectives temporarily ceased excavating the burial site at 218 Curnow Road on Thursday at 8 p.m. and continued on Friday at 6 a.m.Members of the Bakersfield Police Department Crime Scene Unit, Explorer Post, Detectives and Kern County Coroners Office assisted with the excavation.In addition, heavy equipment from the City of Bakersfield Corporation Yard was employed.A certified cadaver dog was used to assist in locating potential additional burial sites and alerted on three locations at 218 Curnow Road.In the meantime the remains that were located on Wednesday and Thursday were taken to a certified anthropologist who confirmed that some of the remains that were located at 5908 Grass Creek Drive and 218 Curnow Road are human.
