Local law enforcement captured a parolee and registered sex offender Aaron Jacob Copley, 33, who police said disabled his GPS tracking ankle monitor.Copley, 33, is white and is said to be 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. Police said he has brown hair and hazel eyes.Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
