ROYAL OAKS, Calif. - Three of four suspects were arrested in Royal Oaks for burglary on Wednesday afternoon.

Two suspects were attempting to enter a home in Royal Oaks through a bathroom window when they were confronted by the homeowner, while two others suspects were waiting in a green Chevy Trailblazer in the driveway.

When confronted, the two at the window took off down the driveway of the home and were picked up by the two in the car and all four drove away from the scene.

A deputy responding to the call saw the Trailblazer on San Juan Road and initiated a traffic stop.

When the vehicle pulled over, Jimmy Moreno fled on foot, leaving the remaining three subjects in the car.

The three in the car were arrested.

Moreno is still at large and has an outstanding no bail felony warrant out of Santa Cruz County. Moreno was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and has a tattoo on his left cheek of a barcode with 4 dots.

Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is urged to contact Deputy Foster at 831-755-3722.
