MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif. - Authorities say a decomposed body has been found in a fertilizer pile at a Southern California park.
Manhattan Beach workers discovered the body Thursday afternoon in the pile near a baseball diamond at Polliwog Park.
TV reports showed the body wrapped in what appeared to be plastic, cardboard and a sheet.
The body was decomposed but coroner's investigators say it appears to be that of a young Latino man.
There's no word yet on how, when or where the man died and it's unclear how long the body had been at the park.
