SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Governor Jerry Brown said Tuesday he has finished his treatment for prostate cancer and is 'rarin' to go.

The Governor's office announced last month he would start localized, radiation treatment for prostate cancer.

The 74-year-old governor said when he began the treatment that he was planning to work a full schedule.  And he apparently has.

He will release his proposed budget on Thursday and will deliver his State of the State Address on Jan. 24.
