SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (AP) -
Oakland police say one of the city's most wanted fugitives was arrested at a San Francisco steak house where the suspected gang leader was spotted by an off-duty officer.
Authorities say 20-year-old Ronnie Flenaugh was taken into custody Thursday night at Ruth's Chris Steak House, where he was eating with 11 other people.
Police say Flenaugh had been wanted for several gang-related killings and robberies.
