BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - A Tehachapi woman, known for hoarding animals under the pretense of 'rescuing' them, may be at it again.
Kim Peck was forced to surrender more than a hundred dogs at her Tehachapi home after they were found living in filthy conditions.
Peck has now set up a Facebook page called "Chihuahua Rescue Beverly Hills," which claims to rescue sick and unwanted Chihuahuas.
The City of Beverly Hills said they have not been contacted about starting a rescue.
