A San Diego mother is in jail this morning after pleading guilty to drowning her four-year-old autistic son in a bathtub.
An attorney for 37-year-old Patricia Corby and prosecutors reached a plea agreement for second-degree murder.
Police said Corby drove her son's body to the police station and admitted to the crime.
She also said she had second thoughts, but it was too late to save him.
Corby's sentencing is scheduled for next month.
