SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The California legislation may vote on a bill that would ban realistic-looking air guns and toy guns.
The decision comes after the recent shooting death of a 13-year-old armed with an air gun in Santa Rosa.
State senator Kevin De Leon introduced legislation that stalled two years ago that would have required BB guns and air guns to be clearly marked.
