CHP officers arrested the Foothill High School alum after Porter pulled up behind a squad car that had pulled over a friend's vehicle near the intersection of Calloway and Hageman roads.

A CHP officer reported that Porter smelled like alcohol and asked him to leave his vehicle.

Porter allegedly refused and began rolling up his window.

The CHP said that the officer then reached into the car to unlock the door, and porter allegedly slapped the officer's hand.

The CHP is recommending that the district attorney's office charge Porter with driving under the influence, battery on a peace officer and obstruction.

There's no word from the district attorney’s office on whether those charges will be filed.
