AURORA, Colorado - The accused Colorado movie theater gunman is facing more felony charges.
A new mugshot of James Holmes has been released and his bright, red hair has been replaced with a buzz cut.
Prosecutors added new charges and amended others among the 142 Holmes is already facing.
The judge also granted the defense access to a notebook Holmes allegedly mailed his psychiatrist the day before the shooting.
