Over 75,000 pounds of Tyson Chicken Nuggets have been recalled after reports of plastic shrapnel were found in the meat for bags purchased at Sam's Club stores across the country.
The recall is specific to 5-pound bags of the frozen white meat chicken nuggets and the 20-pound bulk packs of nugget-shaped breast patties.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture reports the incident occurred due to a product scraper inside one of the factory's blending machines.
