Three girls found in Cleveland years after going missing

Neighbors helped women escape and call 911

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Three women have been found alive at a Cleveland home years after going missing.

Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus, and Michele Knight disappeared in separate cases between 2002 and 2004.

Berry and DeJesus were in their teens when they disappeared.

Neighbors say they heard Berry screaming for help from inside the home and helped kick down the door to free the women.

Berry then placed a 911 call and told the dispatcher, "Hello police. Help me. I'm Amanda Berry and I've been kidnapped and I've been missing for 10 years and I'm here. I'm free now."

A six-year-old child was also discovered alive inside the house.

Police have arrested the owner of the home where the women were found, identified as 52-year-old Ariel Castro along with his two brothers.
