3 Inmates At Lerdo Charged With Narcotics Violations

LERDO, Calif. -- The Kern County Sheriff's Department said that three inmates have been charged with narcotic violations.On Friday, detentions deputies at the Lerdo Minimum Facility observed two inmates acting suspiciously.The deputies contacted the inmates and determined that they were under the influence of a controlled substance, deputies said.
During the investigation, a third inmate was discovered to be in possession of approximately one gram of methamphetamine, deputies said.Pedro Rodriguez Soto, 20, was charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance.Joshua Wayne Morris, 20, was charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance.Aaron Matthew Green, 26, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, and possession of a controlled substance in a jail.
