Last Suspect In North High Burglary Has Turned Himself In

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- The last of three suspects in connection to the north high vandalism and burglary spree has turned himself in.18-year-old Bryan Rich turned himself in around 9 a.m. Wednesday after police said three suspects broke into three of north high's buildings, vandalized the place and stole supplies, including a golf cart totaling $40,000.The two other suspects were arrested in Oildale on Saturday night.
